Who We Are
The Axe Imperium in Colne, Lancashire is an axe throwing venue based within The Fun House of Colne, Lancashire, BB8 9HU. Providing an axe throwing venue with a bar and later in 2025 a smokehouse producing amazing smoked food.

We have axe throwing for all the family including the option for our Axelings Range (which is suitable for under 10s). We can cater for family events, birthday parties, stag dos, hen parties and fox parties too.

We'll also be hosting themed nights; to give our customers some exciting options.

Some axe throwing venues will cram as many people into each lane as possible and even split couples or groups into different lanes on arrival!

Here at the Axe Imperium, we like to do things differently. Unlike some axe throwing venues, we only allow a maximum of 6 people per lane; so that everyone has lots of time throwing; not just watching others throw.
​
When booking, the choice of lane is yours and yours alone. You can choose which lane and how many of the 6 spaces you'd like to book. For example, if you're a party of 5 and want to book the entire lane to yourself; the sixth spot is less than fiver each for you to have sole use of the lane.
​
All that we ask is that when booking a day and time slot; please only book lane 5 if there are no other lanes remaining; this gives the opportunity for a wheelchair guest to participate too.
