Axes to Ashes came about from a passion to get adults and children back to basics, to learn; to take you on a journey from safe axe use, fire lighting and the tranquillity that can be found from watching embers turn to ashes.

I'm Andy Fletcher and I'm the founder of Axes to Ashes.

I'm an energetic and enthusiastic teacher of outdoor activities and getting back to nature.

Whether you're wanting the challenge of throwing pointy-things at targets or learning to create fire from friction.

I'm here to help coach you on your own journey of learning and discovery.

Founder & Managing Director

Andy Fletcher

Andy is a qualified Range Master and teaches Bushcraft and Survival techniques. He loves being in the wilderness and photography.

He has most recently been shortlisted as Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 under the "Start-Up" category due to his passion for Outdoor Pursuits and Activities.

Greg "Woody" Wood

Woody has been an axe throwing instructor for a number of years and a Smokehouse "Pitmaster" so he certainly knows his way around BBQs and all things NOM.

Ben Lloyd

Ben has been an axe throwing instructor for a couple of years and bar tender. Ben loves seeing customers succeed in hitting the targets through excellent coaching techniques.

Paula excels at customer service, she loves nothing more than seeing the customer laughing and having fun on the throwing range. With her witty humour and professional approach; she helps her customers have a great day.
