Payment Terms and Conditions for Axes to Ashes Activities


1. Deposit Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total activity cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and guarantees your spot for the scheduled activity.

2. Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance of the total activity cost (total cost minus deposit payment) must be paid in full no later than 1 calendar month (30 days) before the scheduled activity date. Failure to make this payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained as per our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

i: Cancellations made within 3 weeks (21 days) of the activity date:

 

You will be subject to a 75% non-refundable charge of the total activity cost. This amount will be retained by us, and the remaining 25% will be refunded.

ii: Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of the activity date:

 

You will be subject to an 85% non-refundable charge of the total activity cost. This amount will be retained by us, and the remaining 15% will be refunded.

iii: Cancellations made within 1 week (7 days) of the activity date:

 

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled activity date. 100% of the total activity cost will be retained.

4. Rescheduling

  • If you wish to reschedule your activity, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling within 1 calendar month of the activity date may incur additional charges.

5. Non-Attendance

  • In the event that you do not attend the scheduled activity without prior notification, no refund will be provided, and the full payment will be retained.

6. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via bank transfer. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional charges.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a booking with Axes to Ashes, you agree to these payment terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are made on time and that you understand our cancellation policy.
