Membership fees are charged on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise stated. All payments made are non-refundable, including but not limited to unused sessions, missed bookings, or changes in personal circumstances. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing a minimum of one (1) month’s notice prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds or credits will be issued once a payment has been taken. This policy does not affect a member’s statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to services not provided with reasonable care and skill. Rate protection Your membership rate is protected while active. Prices for existing members may only change in line with inflation and will always be communicated in advance.
