Membership Policy

Membership Policy – Axe Imperium

This Membership Policy applies to all membership products offered by Axes to Ashes at the Axe Imperium, including but not limited to Axe+, Axe Duo+, and any future membership tiers introduced by the business.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “Membership” means any paid, recurring membership product offered by Axes to Ashes.

  • “Member” means the individual who purchases and holds a Membership.

  • “Active Membership” means a Membership that is paid up to date and has not been cancelled or suspended.

  • “Benefits” means the access, discounts, privileges, or entitlements associated with a Membership, which may vary by tier.

2. Membership Structure

Axe+ Membership

Axe+ Membership is valid for one named member and provides access to the benefits associated with the Axe+ tier.

Axe Duo+ Membership

Axe Duo+ Membership is valid for the named member plus one additional participant per visit.
The additional participant must attend alongside the named member and may not be substituted by two separate guests.
Only one additional participant is permitted per visit under this membership.

Additional Axe Duo+ terms:

  • The named member must be present at all times.

  • Guests beyond the included additional participant must pay standard admission rates.

  • Membership access does not entitle the named member to bring multiple guests simultaneously.

3. General Membership Conditions

  • Memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing one full calendar month’s notice.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable, including where benefits are not used.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member(s).

  • Axes to Ashes Axe Imperium reserves the right to reasonably refuse access or suspend Memberships for safety, conduct, or policy breaches.

4. Membership Benefits

  • Benefits vary by Membership tier and may include access to preferential pricing, priority booking, exclusive events, or promotions.

  • Benefits are subject to availability and may be amended, substituted, or withdrawn at the discretion of management.

  • No specific benefit is guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. Membership Pricing & Rate Protection

Initial Pricing

Membership fees are charged monthly at the rate applicable at the time the Membership is taken out.

Rate Protection

Members will retain their Membership rate while their Membership remains active and uncancelled, subject only to the inflation-linked adjustments set out below.

6. Inflation-Linked Price Adjustments (CPI)

Axes to Ashes may apply an annual price adjustment to existing Memberships to reflect increases in operating costs due to inflation.

 

Any such adjustment will:

  • Be linked to the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI), as published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS);

  • Be capped at a maximum increase of 5% in any 12-month period, regardless of CPI level;

  • Be applied no more than once in any 12-month period.

7. Notice of Price Changes

Members will be given a minimum of 30 days’ written notice of any inflation-linked price adjustment before it takes effect.

8. Right to Cancel Following Price Changes

If a Member does not wish to continue their Membership following a price adjustment, they may cancel in accordance with the standard cancellation terms set out in this policy.

9. Cancellation & Re-Joining

  • If a Membership is cancelled or lapses for any reason, any subsequent re-joining will be charged at the then-current Membership rate.

  • Re-joining Members are not entitled to previous pricing or benefits unless expressly stated.

10. Future Membership Options

Axes to Ashes may introduce new Membership tiers, pricing structures, or benefits from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, all future Membership products will be governed by this Membership Policy.
