Information

The outdoor space must be flat and level, consisting of either grass, artificial turf or solid paving. It must measure a minimum of 4m x 7m; to facilitate guide ropes and/or easy access for participants.

There must be roadside or track access to the event area, where a large pick-up truck or van can park for the duration of the activity.

 

Equally there must be a safe and well-lit access route from the vehicle parking area to the outdoor space for the activities. The access route must be level, solid and be a minimum of 1.2 metres wide from the parking area.

It will take approximately 45 minutes to set up and 45 minutes to pack down the marquee and all targets. An access window of 60 minutes either side of the booking will be required in case of unexpected delays.

During set-up and take-down; it will be required that all persons (especially children and pets) are kept at a safe distance at all times and must maintain a distance of 5m (or kept indoors) until instructed otherwise by the Axes to Ashes representative.

Although every measure will be taken to preserve the condition of the ground / grass, it must be noted that the marquee is very heavy and has large metal feet which could cause damage to the ground surface during installation and removal.

 

Axes to Ashes Ltd, their employees, associates or members will not be liable for any damage caused either directly or indirectly from the provision of the services, activities or erection or removal of the Axessible Marquee.
